Regional Marketing Director

This on‑site role works closely with the broader marketing organization to execute regional campaigns that generate qualified service calls, installation appointments, and membership program enrollments.

Base Pay Range

$/yr - $/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies aligned with brand guidelines and growth objectives.
  • Tailor hyperlocal campaigns for regional relevance and effectiveness.
  • Own regional marketing calendars, promotions, and seasonal campaign alignment for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.
Lead & Demand Creation
  • Drive growth in service, installation, and membership leads through integrated marketing efforts.
  • Optimize local lead sources including direct mail, grassroots marketing, events, paid media extensions, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with digital and media teams to improve RoAS for paid search, social, display, OTT, and other advertising channels in the region.
Brand Awareness & Reputation Management
  • Strengthen community presence through local sponsor ships, events, and partnerships.
  • Support efforts to maintain and improve online reputation across review platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints, including fleet branding, signage, and local assets.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience; multi‑location or regional marketing strongly preferred.
  • Experience in home services, trades, franchise systems, or similar field‑based industries.
  • Proven track record driving lead generation and executing cross‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with remote teams and local operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with technical marketing platforms – Google Analytics, Word Press, email & SMS software, social media platforms, etc.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast, plan, and optimize multi‑million‑dollar budgets in fast‑paced, multi‑location environments.
Preferred
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Service Titan, Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of local SEO, PPC, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Familiarity with direct response marketing and performance‑based campaign evaluation.
Working Conditions
  • Full‑time, hybrid / in‑person within designated region.
  • Periodic travel to branches, events, or community partnerships.
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability for events or time‑sensitive initiatives.
