Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.25 USD per hour

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Assist guests in finding products and solving specific needs, and thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, merchandising, and posting promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Perform processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws and policies.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Physical ability to climb and move, including frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments relevant to job duties.
