Field Supervisor; Residential

As Field Supervisor (Residential), you will be responsible for supporting daily field operations by coordinating tasks, assisting technicians, and ensuring team adherence to company standards. This role involves monitoring emails, parts ordering, timecard review, customer service, safety enforcement, and conducting quality checks.

• Installation, Maintenance & Technical Support:
  Perform hands-on installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of systems in accordance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Field Oversight & Team Support:
  Provide daily supervision of field activities to promote productivity and safety.
• Parts Coordination & Inventory:
  Ensure all parts are properly tracked, logged, and maintained in usable condition.
• Safety & Policy Compliance:
  Promote and reinforce job site safety and company policies.
• Quality Assurance & Customer Service:
  Conduct visual inspections of completed work to verify quality and accuracy.
• Timekeeping & Documentation:
  Review and verify daily technician timecards for accuracy and completeness.

  Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatch, coordination, and management.

• A Journeyman or Master Trade License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of hands-on trade experience.
• Strong knowledge of systems, local codes, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of company policies.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Environment:
Will work both indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold to very hot and humid.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Evening and/or early morning, and/or weekend and holiday hours periodically are required.
