This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous payroll experience who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in getting things right and wants to be part of a growing, people-centred organisation. You'll play an important role in ensuring our temporary workforce is paid accurately and on time, working closely with colleagues across our branches, on-site teams, clients and employees.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager , you'll be responsible for processing weekly payroll and handling a range of payroll administration duties from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Processing weekly payroll accurately and within strict deadlines Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time Processing and administering weekly payroll reports Inputting new starter information and ensuring relevant information is submitted to HMRC Liaising with RRPL branches and On-Site teams by phone and email to resolve payroll queries Responding to client and employee payroll queries professionally and efficiently Investigating and resolving discrepancies where required Supporting the Payroll Manager with ad hoc payroll projects and duties Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business Maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling payroll information About You We're looking for someone who already has hands-on payroll experience and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience processing and running payroll Excellent attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills The confidence to communicate with people at all levels A proactive and organised approach to your work The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in The Opportunity If you're an experienced payroll professional looking for your next opportunity with a growing organisation where people genuinely matter , we'd love to hear from you.
