About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Administrator, the successful Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to national road planning operations. You will ensure accurate processing of data, invoices, and documentation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Financial Administration:
    Process and reconcile external subcontractor invoices and internal contract invoicing, manage payment certificates, aged debt, and payment reconciliations.
  • Perform credit checks and monitor cash collection.
  • Maintain and update invoice registers and planning analysis spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile daily record sheets, HGV tickets, and contract information sheets.
  • Procurement & Supplies:
    Order and reconcile Arco/Lyreco supplies and customised stationery.
  • Employee & Office Support:
    Track and report sickness absence, employee holidays, and wages data.
  • Draft and distribute employee memos and communications.
  • Maintain health & safety manuals and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
  • Commercial Support:
    Provide month‑end support to Quantity Surveyors.
