Operations Coordinator

Location:

Branston, Lincoln, England (multiple sites across the UK).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage workload plans across the department during peak season.
  • Deliver deadlines for both personal and team tasks; attention to detail is critical.
  • Coordinate logistics and transport for all dresses and equipment across retail sites.
  • Assist with recruitment, training agendas, and staff rotas.
  • Produce staff training manuals, project plans, and key documentation.
Qualifications
  • Resilience under pressure; manage multiple workload streams simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator; deliver briefings and communication to staff.
  • Logical problem solving; unpick issues and solve them.
  • Highly organised, dynamic and proactive; high attention to detail.
  • MS Office proficient; IT‑savvy to a high standard.
  • Desire to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial business.
