We are looking for a highly capable and discreet Office Manager / PA to support our client an award-winning female CEO within the Dress Industry.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week, offering a salary of up to £36,000 per annum. We also offer a fantastic range of benefits including :

This is a pivotal role for a proactive and high-calibre professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever- changing environment. You will be providing seamless, dynamic support to the CEO, across both her business & private life. This role is primarily based at our Shopping Venue & HQ – Branston, Lincoln with the scope for some hybrid working.
Some of your key responsibilities will include :
Office Management & HR Administration- Oversee daily operations across both sites & offices, liaising with service providers i.e. mobile phones, IT, to ensure efficiency & high standards are met.
- Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, inductions, uniforms, and staff records.
- Manage site appearance, health & safety, maintenance, and callouts.
- Oversee company ordering, budgeting, supplies, PCL management, and communication across the business.
- Act as the first point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for the CEO.
- Manage an ever-changing diary with precision & foresight.
- Arrange complex travel, visas, air miles and including complex UK & international itineraries.
- Research and compile information from briefs, producing clear, well-structured documents and presentations for CEO review.
- Provide discreet support for personal and social engagements.
- Run errands, source items, and fulfil ad-hoc requests efficiently and tactfully.
- Manage CEO personal administration including purchasing, expenses, contracts & supplier coordination for the CEO.
- Handle personal administration with the highest level of discretion & care.
- Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager supporting a senior executive or high- profile individual.
- Impeccable organisational & time management skills, able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
- A confident & strong communicator, able to liaise effectively at all levels and make things happen across business functions.
- Tech-savvy & confident across digital platforms & Microsoft Office
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, & able to thrive when plans change at short notice.
- Naturally discreet and trustworthy
- Full UK Driving Licence
