Immediate Start | Temporary Role for 2/3 months with Potential Extension

Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for an opportunity within the NHS? Huntress is currently recruiting for an NHS Booking Coordinator to join a busy healthcare service in Lincoln on an immediate-start temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, scheduling, or customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments and follow-up clinics

* Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls

* Updating patient records accurately using internal systems

* Liaising with clinical teams and other departments to ensure smooth patient pathways

* Handling patient queries professionally and sensitively

* Supporting waiting list management and appointment changes/cancellations

We're Looking For:

* Previous administration, customer service or coordination, or booking experience

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment

* A professional and empathetic telephone manner
