Reception Coordinator

Join our team at St Barnabas Hospice.

As Reception Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively.

This role is based at the main Lincoln Wellbeing Centre, Hawthorn Road with regular travel to Centres in Grantham, Louth and Boston as required. Access to independent transport is therefore essential.

• Provide a consistent and friendly visitor experience across our Hospice Wellbeing Centres.
• Ensure visitors are welcomed warmly and their concerns are minimized while maximizing income opportunities through diary management of external room bookings.
• Recruit, develop and train a team of volunteers to support busy periods, managing cover through rota planning.
• Support hospice services by coordinating diary management and volunteer coverage.

• Previous experience in Reception and Administration.
• Strong organisational skills and commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• High level of customer service and confident liaising with patients, families, staff and external contractors.
