The Role Working closely with our Financial Advisers, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and help ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This is primarily an office-based role, although some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers. Preparing client documentation and review packs. Processing new business applications and seeing them through to completion. Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. Obtaining valuations, illustrations, and policy information. Managing client correspondence and handling enquiries. Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements. Supporting advisers with ongoing servicing and annual review processes.
General administration duties to support the smooth running of the business. About You We are looking for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering excellent client service. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in an IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, Wealth Management Administrator, or similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A professional, positive, and client-focused approach.
Desirable Experience using industry back-office systems and provider platforms. Knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and financial planning processes. Progress towards, or an interest in pursuing, relevant financial services qualifications.
