OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Administrator for our client located in Killingholme. This is a contract opportunity working till the end of December, but is likely to extend into 2027.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, schedules, and records.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes and action logs.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist with budget monitoring, purchase requisitions, invoice receipting, and cost reporting.
- Manage project correspondence and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain project sharepoint databases, filing systems, and document control processes.
- Monitor risks, issues, and actions ensuring they are recorded and followed up.
- Prepare regular progress reports and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures
- Support resource planning and coordination activities.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments as required
