An established and highly regarded independent automotive retailer in Lincoln is looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team.

The business operates from a spacious and well-equipped site featuring a modern workshop, showroom, valet bay, and an outdoor forecourt with over 150 vehicles. With a strong reputation for quality, customer care, and a wide range of services including diagnostics, servicing, and vehicle sales, the team is proud of its professional yet down-to-earth working environment.

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards

Perform diagnostics and fault finding using the latest tools and equipment

Complete MOT preparation and associated repair work

Maintain accurate service and repair records

Support a positive workshop culture by working collaboratively with the team

Follow all company and health & safety procedures

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair – essential

At least 5 years’ experience in a main dealer or similar professional workshop

Confident in diagnostics and problem-solving

MOT licence is a bonus – training can be provided if needed

Full UK driving licence

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude

Full-time hours:
Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays
