Service Advisor

Location: Lincolnshire

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership specialising in luxury and prestige vehicles, is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional aiming to develop their career within the motor trade sector. The successful Service Advisor will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and managing service processes efficiently.
What’s On Offer?
 
* Basic salary of £26,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £32,000 including bonuses
 
* Achievable bonus scheme based on performance

* Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
 
* One in four Saturday mornings, 07:00 – 12:00, with time off in lieu
 
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties as the Service Advisor will include:
 
* Greeting customers and accurately identifying their vehicle servicing needs
 
* Providing clear and transparent communication regarding repair and service work
 
* Upselling additional services and genuine parts where appropriate
 
* Liaising with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and maintenance scheduling
 
* Handling customer enquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service
 
* Maintaining comprehensive records of all service and repair activities
 
* Building strong customer relationships to promote repeat business
Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:
 
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
 
* Strong customer service and communication skills
 
* Knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and parts
 
* Professional, enthusiastic, and organised approach to work
 
* Valid UK driving licence
 
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
