Vehicle Technician

Our client, a well-established franchise dealership in Lincoln, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. • Basic salary up to approximately £38,150, with an OTE of around £45,000
• 45-hour working week with consistent hours

• Conduct a full range of mechanical repairs and servicing on vehicles
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within set time frames
• Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Assist and guide junior staff members as required as a Vehicle Technician
• Complete relevant documentation and reports accurately
• Support the workshop team in achieving daily productivity targets

• Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Repair or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in a main dealer or independent workshop environment
• Valid MOT licence is highly desirable but not essential
• Ability to perform a full range of mechanical and diagnostic tasks
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
