The role offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000 with an on-target earnings of approximately £34,200. Working hours are 40 per week, with no weekend work required, providing a healthy work-life balance.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warranty processes
- Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or in a similar automotive role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical systems
- Effective communication skills for internal and customer interactions
- Familiarity with automotive warranty systems
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes and procedures
- Customer service experience within the automotive sector
- Previous warranty management or administrative experience is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications or certifications are preferred
