National Business Development Manager – Automotive Battery Industry (UK & ROI)
We’re hiring a National Business Development Manager to build, lead, and scale our sales operations across the UK & Republic of Ireland
.
This is a senior role for a commercially driven sales leader with strong experience in the automotive battery or automotive aftermarket sector
, capable of shaping strategy, building teams, and driving national growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across the UK & ROI
- Own and deliver the national sales strategy
- Drive growth across our battery portfolio, plus a strategic range of complementary automotive products
- Develop key relationships with OEM's, national key accounts, distributors, motor factors, and major aftermarket partners
- Proven success in national or senior sales leadership
- Strong automotive aftermarket or battery sector experience
- Track record of building teams and delivering revenue growth
- Commercial, data-driven, and customer-focused
- Excellent CRM, excel, power point, MS365 office skills including good time management
