The Opportunity

As our Growth & Partnerships Lead
, you’ll be the engine behind Vet Success’ expansion in the UK. You’ll bring energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping veterinary teams succeed — while playing a pivotal role in shaping our market presence & an influential role in our senior leadership team (SLT).
You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams (with one day per month in our Bournemouth office) and become a trusted partner to both new and established veterinary practices across the country.

What You’ll Lead
  • 🌟 New Business Growth – Drive expansion by securing new subscriptions with practices who haven’t yet experienced Vet Success. Play a critical role in increasing our UK market share through informed, relationship‑led selling.
  • đŸ€ Client Development & Engagement – Grow subscription volumes within existing practices & build new relationships with independent practices up & down the country.
  • đŸŸ Healthcare Plan Launch Support – Guide practices launching healthcare plans for the first time. Act as an expert advisor on structure, strategy, and implementation.
  • 🚀 Seamless Onboarding – Partner with Customer Success to ensure every new client experiences a smooth, supportive onboarding journey.
  • 💙 Client Satisfaction & Retention – Stay close to client needs, resolve challenges early, and implement solutions that build loyalty. Lead data-driven retention initiatives to minimise churn and maximise lifetime value.
  • đŸ€ Strategic Partnerships – Identify, nurture, and grow partnerships that elevate the Vet Success brand and expand our influence across the veterinary sector.
  • 🏆 Internal Collaboration – Act as a connector and motivator across teams — ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success are aligned on shared goals.
  • 📣 Industry Visibility – Represent Vet Success at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events. Build lasting relationships and identify new pathways for growth.
What You Bring Skills & Experience
  • A proven track record in business development, sales, or growth leadership
  • Experience working in or closely with the veterinary or healthcare sector
  • Strong commercial instincts and a data‑driven mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and attend key industry events
