Director Of Operations / Talent Resourcing at Diverse Jobs Matter

Salary: £30,000 – £32,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Our client is recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join a vibrant, customer-focused hospitality team within their cinema venue. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing leisure business redefining the cinema experience through a combination of hospitality, service, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Venue and Deputy Managers in day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Train and support team members to uphold service and operational standards.
  • Assist in overseeing functions such as team recruitment, social media marketing, stock management, and film scheduling.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example on the venue floor.
  • Contribute to team morale and promote a dynamic, inclusive working environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality-focused leadership role, ideally as an Assistant Manager.
  • A proactive, energetic personality with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, entertainment, and customer service.
  • Commercial awareness and a hands-on approach to business development.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and improving team performance.
