Adecco is recruiting for an Estates Project Manager to work within the Lincolnshire Police Force in Nettleham, Lincoln. This temporary role (18‑month contract ending March 2028) offers an hourly rate of £23.72, requires driving, and involves a full‑time schedule of 37 hours per week (08:30‑16:30 Monday–Thursday, 08:30‑16:00 Friday).
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multi‑disciplinary estate development, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate internal resources and external suppliers, developing project plans aligned with RIBA stages.
- Maintain project budgets aligned with approved Business Cases and ensure value for money across estate investments.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed on estate impacts such as relocations and refurbishments.
- Maintain all project documentation according to PRINCE2 methodology and estates governance requirements.
- Collaborate with senior officers, partners, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure strategic alignment.
- Formal qualification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner) is essential.
- HND/HNC in Business or a relevant discipline is desirable.
- Substantial experience managing projects using PRINCE2 or equivalent methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation and assertiveness skills, with the ability to manage competing stakeholder needs effectively.
- Thorough understanding of PRINCE2 and its application in estates or construction project environments.
