Essential Employment is seeking an Estates Project Manager in Lincoln to lead and deliver estate development, refurbishment and infrastructure projects.
You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate internal resources and external suppliers, and report on progress, risks and dependencies while maintaining robust governance and compliance across the project lifecycle.
Experience with RIBA stages and whole-life cost appraisal is desirable for this role.
