An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join an worcester based residential groundworks business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a quantity surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects upcoming.

Duties:

• optimising contract profitability

• provide quotations to clients for variations

• comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks

• accurate monthly cost and value reports

• all other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor

Requirements:

• experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks

• time management skills and meeting deadlines

• experience in value engineering

• proficient in all microsoft packages e.g. Word, excel, power point

Remuneration:

• up to £70,000 dependant on experience

• car allowance
