We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project in Leicester, working on a new build project for a main contractor.

• Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
• Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Managing snagging lists and quality control
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
• Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
