TSR is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Lincoln to join their commercial team on projects valued up to £20 million across various sectors including Education and Healthcare.
The successful candidate will be involved in preparing contract submissions, tracking performance, and managing variations. A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent is required, along with strong communication skills and experience with JCT/NEC contracts.
This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 plus additional packages including a car allowance.
