APSS Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established business delivering high-quality commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.

• Manage multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Work closely with sales, design, commercial and contracts teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams throughout each project
• Attend client, design and site progress meetings
• Coordinate and manage the design process, ensuring accurate and timely issue of project information
• Carry out site surveys and scope fit-out / shell works requirements
• Oversee site health & safety compliance and implement company procedures
• Ensure direct labour and subcontractors deliver works to programme, specification and quality standards
• Procure subcontract packages, materials, plant and labour
• Support commercial management, including valuations, interim accounts and final accounts
• Prepare construction programmes and project schedules
• Maintain quality, environmental and health & safety standards across all projects
• Deliver an excellent finished product and positive customer experience

• Previous experience in commercial fit-out, interiors, refurbishment or construction project management
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Commercial awareness and cost management experience
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
