APSS Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established business delivering high-quality commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Work closely with sales, design, commercial and contracts teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams throughout each project
- Attend client, design and site progress meetings
- Coordinate and manage the design process, ensuring accurate and timely issue of project information
- Carry out site surveys and scope fit-out / shell works requirements
- Oversee site health & safety compliance and implement company procedures
- Ensure direct labour and subcontractors deliver works to programme, specification and quality standards
- Procure subcontract packages, materials, plant and labour
- Support commercial management, including valuations, interim accounts and final accounts
- Prepare construction programmes and project schedules
- Maintain quality, environmental and health & safety standards across all projects
- Deliver an excellent finished product and positive customer experience
- Previous experience in commercial fit-out, interiors, refurbishment or construction project management
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Commercial awareness and cost management experience
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
