The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor in Lincoln. This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 along with a travel allowance and private medical insurance.
You will manage commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and extensive experience in managing projects valued around £50m, particularly in MEP aspects.
