Clements Young are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager that's looking to join a successful and growing construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

We're seeking a commercially aware and delivery-focused Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new build and refurbishment projects across a diverse range of sectors. You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Leading site teams and supporting Site Managers.
• Monitoring programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Chairing progress meetings and driving project delivery.
• Supporting pre-construction, planning and value engineering activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and contribute to business growth.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry. Application will also be welcomed from highly experienced Project Managers seeking to progress into a Contract Managers role.
• Strong track record delivering new build and refurbishment projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts and warranty requirements.
• Commercially astute with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
