Quantity Surveyor (Construction) Leeds £60,000 - £70,000  Training  Progression  Varied Projects  Car Allowance  Company Bonus  Local Patch Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking to step into a role with a Commercial and Industrial Construction specialist offering a varied site and office-based role, car allowance and a chance to be the go-to QS managing up to 6 projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established commercial and industrial building contractors with previous Projects ranging in value from a few thousand pounds to approximately £5m. After continuous years of growth and a growing client basis, they're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial side of projects. In this role you will be monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying over costs early.

You will work closely with other departments and the Commercial Manager in office or at occasional site visits while assessing the progression on projects regarding cost and budgets. You will also be valuating clients and subcontractors and preparing the final accounts. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry looking to join a well-established construction specialist being their go-to QS with progression opportunities to Commercial Manager.

The Role:

Monitoring project costs throughout the lifecycle Valuating projects, clients and subcontractor works Working closely with the Commercial Manager on adhering budgets throughout Site visits within mostly within the Southeast to see project progression Monday-Friday (flexible times, roughly 9am-5pm)
