TSR are recruiting on behalf of a 5-star housing developer with a nationwide presence, for an experience site manager. This developer has multiple offices across the UK catering to a range of customers, delivering quality, traditional new builds homes to the highest possible standard for over 100 years.
The Role
- Delivering new build homes to build programme
- Managing of site staff generally
- Enforcing and monitoring health and safety
- Working with NHBC to achieve standards
- Hand overs to customers
- Monitor sub-contractors
The Person
- Traditional new build housing experience
- Site Management delivering new build housing for a developer
- Extensive programme management
- Awareness of standards and building regulations, NHBC etc
