Do you want to work for one of the largest estate planning specialists in the UK? Due to the rapid growth of our company, Simpler Law Limited are looking for Diary Coordinators to work from our Lincoln office. Based on Doddington Road, boasting excellent transport links from Lincoln City Centre and the surrounding areas, we have so exciting opportunities available within our telephone-based team.
You will be technically minded and thrive in a target orientated environment, whilst being able to deliver outstanding customer service.
As one of our Diary Coordinators, you will be responsible for contacting existing clients, updating their details, chasing missed payments, booking diary appointments for a team of Will and Estate Planning Consultants and Financial Advisors to review their situation periodically.
Ideally, you will have a track record in diary control or customer service. However, if you are a confident communicator and are up for a challenge, no prior industry knowledge is required as comprehensive and ongoing product training will be provided.
Job Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- This is a full-time role of 37.5 hour per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
