What You'll Be Doing- Responding to customer enquiries across email, phone, socials and messaging platforms
- Handling order queries, feedback, complaints and delivery updates
- Building strong relationships with wholesale clients and partners
- Managing order life cycles with accuracy and warmth
- Monitoring socials and engaging with customers in the brand's tone
- Collaborating daily with production, delivery and admin teams
- Gathering customer insights to help enhance service and processes
- Experience in customer service, account management or client support
- A warm communicator who writes and speaks with clarity and personality
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Comfortable using social platforms for customer interaction
- Calm, proactive and solution‑focused
- A team player with a positive, can‑do approach
