Service Team Member

Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Visitor Experience Officer, you will be part of a small team working closely with the Site Manager at Tattershall Castle, part of the Lincolnshire Coast portfolio. You will deliver a great all‑round customer service experience by answering visitor queries, sharing accurate information and ensuring that visitors have the best day possible. You will also be involved in property events and social media promotion.

• Salary: 9,301.50
• Contract/duration:
  Permanent
• Hours/working pattern:
  Annualised – majority of hours between March and October, including weekends and occasional evenings
