Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a customer service adviser to work on a hybrid basis in our office on Doddington Road, Lincoln. Your Job Simpler Law is looking for a customer service consultant to join our team in Lincoln on a hybrid basis typically working the hours between 9am and 5:30pm.

Your role will be to deal with inbound client enquiries about our services, build a relationship of trust and promote our services. You will be matching our clients to the best service for them and closing with enthusiasm where appropriate on suitable products. We receive over 120 referrals a day so there is no cold calling required with this role. You will be required to travel to Head Office in Lincoln one working day a week, the rest of the time you will be based from home.
