This is initially a temporary position until around October 2026 *
* We’re supporting a leading international seed company in recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly team . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast‑paced administration, accurate data handling and building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone organised, confident and customer‑focused. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
About the Role
As part of the Customer Service Team, you’ll help deliver exceptional service to wholesale distributors and the field sales team.
Your role will involve:
* Entry of sales orders with accurate pricing
* Liaising with logistics to maintain a smooth information flow
* Updating customer records and maintaining system accuracy
* Providing quotations, order support and information to field sales personnel
* Allocating third‑party stock and processing credit returns
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Supporting wider customer service tasks as required
* SAP experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
