Travel Money Advisor – Tesco Travel Money, Lincoln.

Lincoln.

Hours:

16 per week. Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus.

Contract:

Permanent, Part Time. This role offers the opportunity to grow, connect, and make an impact by delivering excellent customer service and helping customers start their journeys with confidence.

• Welcome customers, build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Understand what matters most to each customer and assist with travel money needs.
• Apply training to offer expert advice on products and services.
• Process foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast-paced environment to leave customers satisfied.
• Work as part of a team to drive performance, strive for excellence, and celebrate success together.
• Follow company processes and pay attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
