Partly in London is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive UK repairers from signature to weekly active usage. You will bridge relationship management and systems rigour, building repeatable playbooks and data‑driven tracking to scale activation without headcount growth.
You will own activation metrics and collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into improvements, while maintaining a customer‑obsessed approach across the UK market.
