Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop teams. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards daily, and build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets on sports, process cash transactions, demonstrate our products and betting terminals, and handle customer issues with empathy.
