This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a mixed practice in Lincoln under new ownership from an experienced independent dental group with an established reputation for high-quality private and specialist care. The practice is undergoing significant investment and development, with a strong focus on improving patient experience, clinical support and private growth opportunities.

The position is available with an established NHS patient base ready to inherit alongside significant demand for private treatment in the local area. The practice can accommodate between two and four days per week, with flexibility around working patterns and UDA allocation.

The successful candidate will benefit from up to 4000 UDAs at an excellent rate of £15 per UDA, alongside an enhanced 55% private split during the first year to support the development of a private list. There is strong demand locally for cosmetic and private treatments, and the practice is keen to support dentists looking to develop areas such as aligners, composite bonding and other private treatments.

Clinical freedom is actively encouraged, with marketing support available to help clinicians grow their profile and patient base.

The practice is well-equipped with rotary endodontics and modern materials, with the owners committed to investing further in equipment and clinical resources based on clinician preference. The wider group also benefits from experienced clinicians providing specialist treatments including endodontics, cosmetic dentistry and implants, offering excellent opportunities for clinical support and development.
