With a strong and varied pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects, this is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role within a supportive, stable and growing practice.
Your New Role As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key part in overseeing and delivering projects from early concept through to completion. Working closely with directors and project leads, your responsibilities will include:

Leading the production of detailed technical drawings, construction packages and specifications
Managing planning applications and building regulation submissions
Coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities
Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members
Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations, standards and best practice
Overseeing project delivery across all relevant RIBA stages
Reviewing and checking technical information produced by the wider team
Supporting contract administration and site inspections where required
What You'll Need to Succeed

Significant experience working within an architectural practice (typically 5+ years)
Strong technical background with proven ability to deliver detailed design packages
Proficiency in AutoCAD;
Revit experience highly advantageous
Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
Strong coordination, communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to project delivery
