Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering interesting and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a classroom environment that promotes support and engagement for all types of learners
Working in collaboration with your colleagues and parents to ensure that pupil development is prioritised and strengthened
Promoting a positive learning experience by monitoring and supporting pupil progress

Candidate Requirements:

PGCE with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification
A strong passion for secondary education and a commitment to high-quality teaching
Understanding of the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4
Strong organisational and communication skills, and effective classroom management
A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and pupil engagement
