SEN Support Officer (SENSO)

Salary: G Points 20-24 (£32,597 to £35,412 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro‑rata. Minimum actual pro‑rata salary per annum: £28,413.44.

About the School

Lincoln Castle Academy is a medium‑sized secondary academy located in the Cathedral City of Lincoln, with over 700 students. The Academy is undergoing a transformative redevelopment of its facilities, with a new state‑of‑the‑art building set to be completed in 2027.

Your New Role

As the SEN Support Officer, you will provide administrative support for the SENCO and ensure tracking and delivery of interventions to improve pupil progress across the Academy
. You will:

  • Manage the daily deployment and performance of Teaching Assistants to ensure effective and efficient use across the academy.
  • Deliver bespoke intervention packages to pupils with SEND designed to remove barriers to learning.
