Job Location:

The Becket School, Lincoln, United Kingdom.

This fixed‑term role (January 2026 – 31 August 2026) requires a part‑time commitment of 6.50 hours per week, term‑time only. You will support the entire class and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

About Us

Our Lady of Lincoln Catholic Primary School is a Voluntary Academy located in Lincoln. We are an Ofsted‑rated “Good” school and part of the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust, which includes 36 Catholic primary and secondary schools across Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities
  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Support children in reaching their academic and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Work independently to provide one‑on‑one support, in‑class and small group assistance to students needing additional support.
  • Play an active role in maintaining a positive and inspiring classroom environment.

  • Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them achieve their best.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting both staff and students.
  • A willingness to embrace and promote our Catholic ethos (you don’t need to be Catholic but must respect our values).
