GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Lincoln . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience without the responsibilities of full lesson planning or marking.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Supervise students during both lessons and independent work.
• Ensure all classwork is completed and handed back to teachers.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school routines.

• Experience working with young people (school, coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring).
• Strong classroom presence and the confidence to lead groups independently.
• Good communication and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
