About the role

If you’re someone who loves helping children grow, learn, and feel confident, this role is for you. Heart of Supply is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools across Lincoln.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll bring patience, positivity, and creativity into the school day. You’ll support learning, encourage independence, and make sure every child feels valued and included. No two days will ever be the same, but every day, you’ll make a real difference.

From lively primary classrooms to supportive SEND provisions, you’ll have the chance to work in settings that suit your skills, personality, and ambitions. What you will need

* Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting

* A kind, calm, and confident approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed

* Ability to follow the teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to work across different year groups

* Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
