Salary: £32,916 - £45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
About the roleHeart of Supply is supporting schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas looking for dedicated EYFS/KS1 Teachers to join their teams. You will need a secure understanding of the EYFS Framework and/or the Key Stage 1 curriculum, including systematic phonics, early reading and maths progression. You should be able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
A flexible and creative approach, positive behaviour management, and the ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive environment are essential. With your creativity, resilience and calm classroom presence, you will play a vital role in helping children make strong progress academically, socially and emotionally. You will also contribute to the wider life of the school, working collaboratively with colleagues and engaging with parents to support children's development.

Whatyou will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Recent experience teaching within EYFS/Key Stage 1 in a UK school
- Confidence delivering early years phonics, reading, and numeracy in line with the national curriculum
- Strong classroom management with a nurturing and encouraging approach
- Ability to adapt lessons for a range of learning styles and developmental stages
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
