Day-to-day supply, part-time and long-term placements
Salary: £130 - £240 per day (dependent on experience)
Suitable for:
Teachers with QTS, and ECTs completing induction

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Class Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Lincoln area. Whether you're looking for regular supply, reduced hours, or a longer-term position, we can match you with opportunities that suit your availability and preferences.

As a Class Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

Follow school planning or deliver your own where required

Assess progress and support pupil development

Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership teams

What we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTS welcome to apply

Strong behaviour and classroom management skills

Flexible, reliable and proactive approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
