Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Primary schools across Lincoln are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
.
- Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils
- Assisting children with additional learning needs (including SEN)
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Encouraging pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
- Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
- A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
