Do you have experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting and want flexible, rewarding work?

Heart of Supply is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re highly experienced or newly qualified, this is your opportunity to make a real difference, sometimes in ways that last far beyond the school day.

You’ll bring patience, empathy, and enthusiasm into the classroom, supporting learning, building confidence, and helping pupils feel safe, supported, and valued. No two days will be the same, but every day you’ll play a vital role in shaping positive learning experiences.

What you will need:

* Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting

* A kind, confident, and calm approach — with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed

* The ability to follow a teacher’s lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups

* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
