Working Pattern

One full‑time post and two part‑time posts (18.5 hours per week), flexible working required.

Salary

£27,254 - £30,024 (Pay Award Pending)

U, various locations across Lincolnshire, hybrid working with a nominated contractual base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners aged 16–24 with SEND to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to move into employment and adulthood.
  • Provide tailored, person‑centred support during work experience placements and the Supported Internship programme.
  • Collaborate with Deputy Career Leaders and the wider team to ensure each learner achieves their full potential.
  • Work both on‑site and in community workplace environments such as retail, engineering, cleaning and other sectors.
Key Requirements
  • Passionate about supporting young people with SEN.
  • Flexible, adaptable and confident working in a variety of environments.
  • Strong communicator capable of building trust and rapport.
  • Organised with the ability to manage own workload and diary.
  • Creative problem‑solver who can support learners to overcome barriers in the workplace.
  • Committed to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Additional Information

Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK, this role does not offer skilled worker visa sponsorship.

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be provided.

Work must be flexible, including occasional unsociable hours depending on placement needs.

Position may be subject to a criminal record check.
