Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding part‑time role within a supportive primary school environment? We are working with a welcoming school on the outskirts of Lincoln seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September. This role is for a period of 1 year with a possibility of renewal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking for consistent morning work, with the chance to make a impact across a variety of year groups while covering classes.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons to whole classes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Cover classes during teacher absence, PPA time, and meetings
• Support pupils' learning, engagement, and classroom behaviour
• Work closely with teaching staff to maintain continuity in learning
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
• Confidence delivering lessons across different year groups
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
