About Premier Education

Premier Education is one of the UK's leading providers of physical activity and education programmes for children. Across Lincolnshire and the Humber, we deliver Holiday Clubs and HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Camps that make a genuine difference to the lives of the young people who attend them. Our camps are high energy, purposeful, and fun — and the people who run them are the heart of everything we do.

We take recruitment seriously. We're not looking to fill seats. We're looking for people who genuinely care about young people and want to do something meaningful with their time.

£11.00 – £12.75 per hour (dependent on age)

Locations: Barton upon Humber, Brigg, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, North Hykeham, Metheringham, Welton, Birchwood, Bourne & Newark

The Role

As a Holiday Club Coach
, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, sport-based activities for children aged 5–11 during school holiday periods. You'll be a role model, an encourager, and an enthusiastic presence that children and parents can trust.

Every day at a Premier Education camp is different — different games, different challenges, different moments that remind you why this job matters. But to give you a feel for what you'll be signing up for, here's one example of how a day might look:

8:45am — You arrive on site, catch up with your team and run through the plan for the day.

9:00am — Children arrive. You're welcoming them in, helping nervous first-timers settle, and getting everyone buzzing with energy for the day ahead.

9:30am — Warm‑up time. You lead the group through a fun, high-energy warm‑up — today it's a game of team tag that somehow becomes the highlight of the morning.

10:00am — Into the first activity session. This morning it's a multi-sports tournament. There's effort, laughter, and some very serious competition over who gets to be team captain.

12:00pm — Lunch break. You take a moment to check in with a couple of quieter children you've been keeping an eye on. Small conversations, big impact.

1:00pm — Arts and crafts. The energy shifts gear and children get creative — today they're designing their own team shield. You're amazed by how much personality comes out in what they make.

2:30pm — Back outside for the afternoon sports session. A new game, a fresh challenge, and the kind of noise that tells you everyone's having a great time.

4:30pm — Star Player certificates. You gather everyone together and recognise the standout moments of the day — not just the fastest or the strongest, but the kindest, the most improved, the one who helped someone else back up. The children who receive them will remember it.

5:00pm — Home time. A parent stops to tell you their child has talked about nothing else all week. That's the job.
